History

We would like to take this time to tell you a little bit about the company you would be allowing to address your heating and air conditioning issues. Founded in 1988, Russell Mack ensured it was done properly and always putting his customers first. Caring more about the quality of the work and not just the dollar amount is how the company thrived. As the need for his workmanship progressed, he soon realized he needed help running the day-to-day operations, scheduling and customer relations. In 1991 Kimberly Mack stepped in and started overseeing all of this while Russell was tending to customer needs out in the field. Kimberly too took great pride in giving the same customer service she would expect to receive herself.

As the company kept striving it came to a point where the small shop behind their house was not big enough. In August of 2006 Mack Heating & Cooling broke ground on its current office located in West Columbia, South Carolina. Management was soon set after this to help them with the company's operations and ease some of their workload. With the management trained and in place their compassion for the trade doubled to continue to achieve excellence. From there the office staff, crew leaders and technicians were set to take the same pride in their work as well as striving to be the best in the industry.

With these teachings and a few more years down the road the company continued to grow and this facility was running out of space as well. At this time a fabrication shop was built to efficiently build duct in house. Now adding another dimension to our residential and commercial services, no job was too big or too small and the unimaginable tasks became imaginable. Staying up to date on the latest technology we try to make any and all HVAC needs possible.

Every individual at Mack Heating & Cooling continues to carry the same pride and compassion that founded the company over 30 years ago.
